Day 3 –  December 12th

Morning:

  • Flight Houston, Texas – Monterrey, Nuevo Leon ( 1.5 hrs)
  • Meeting with Secretary of Economic Development of Nuevo Leon State to learn investment policies, government incentives…etc.

Noon:   Working lunch

Afternoon:

  • Tour industrial parks: Prodensa industrial advisors will guide the tour, explain the difference among different industrial zones and parks and present the local supply chain base.  The advisors will also provide guidance for your search of industrial buildings in Mexico.
  • Visit a foreign company in local: According to delegation’s industry preference, we will select a related foreign company to visit. Delegation will have the opportunity to learn from another company about their experience in operating in Mexico.

Evening:

  • Dinner
  • Stay in five stars hotel in Monterrey

Monterrey and metropolitan area – the most industrial city, GDP per capita rank 1# and has the highest foreign direct investment in Mexico.  It’s home to Kia Motor, LG, Whirlpool, Carrier…and many other world-renowned companies.

 

 

 

Day 4 – December 13th

Morning:

  • Transportation Monterrey, Nuevo Leon – Saltillo, Coahuila ( 1hr)
  • Meeting with Secretary of Economic Development of Coahuila State to learn investment policies, government incentives…etc.

Noon:   Working lunch

Afternoon:

  • Tour industrial parks: Prodensa industrial advisors will guide the tour, explain the difference among different industrial zones and parks and present the local supply chain base.  The advisors will also provide guidance on what to look for when you search for your manufacturing building in Mexico.

  • Drive back to Monterrey

  • Dinner
  • Stay in five stars hotel in Monterrey

Saltillo and metropolitan area-  has a strong automotive base in Northeast Mexico. GM, Chrysler and Daimler- Freightliner have production campus in the city.

 

 

 

Day 5 – December 14th

Morning:

  • Monterrey City tour
  • Lunch

Afternoon: Flight out Monterrey at your selected time

Note:  The price for participating the Mexico trip is $750/USD per person (Includes 2 nights hotel, airport and local transportation, lunches and dinners)

Each attendee books their own flight to Monterrey, NL.
