Case study: The largest privately held manufacturer of healthcare solutions

The Client:

The largest privately held manufacturer of healthcare solutions

The Challenge:
The company had to establish and enhance its production capabilities in order to keep expanding and serve the ever-growing need for medical supplies in the West Coast.
Our Solution:
Since 2015, we worked along with the client to create a program in three phases that would help them accomplish their manufacturing goals. We accompanied them every step of their way, advising them on the purchase of 40 hectares for their campus in Mexicali and the creation of a 240, 000 square feet distribution center. We were also involved in the amplification of their labor force, which now stands at over 3,500 employees. When healthcare is on the line, we deliver great solutions.
